With a range of up to date CNC machinery, we have the capability to offer a wide range of milling / turning operations.

Our turning centre capacity is up to 290mm diameter,540mm turning length. With up to 6 axis incorporating live tooling and sub spindles we are capable of producing extremely complex components.

Our horizontal machining centres have twin 630 x 630 pallets with a 1000 x 1000 working envelope and 360 degree indexing giving us large capacity with maximum efficiency.

Our range of vertical machining centres have up to 4 axis, 1500mm tables and 50 taper spindles enabling us to tackle the most complex components in the toughest materials.
